THE JOB
  • Reporting and providing administrative support to the Operations Manager
  • Banking, Handling and Issuing of Cheques
  • Prepare Sales Invoice, Purchase Order & Issue payments.
  • Following up on payments/invoices due
  • Ensure proper documents record & filing.
  • Daily updates of invoices and receipts
  • Data extraction/computation and submission of monthly reports
  • Other adhoc duties assigned
 
 
THE REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum ITE with at least 1 year accounting work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Good attitude and Willingness to learn, Committed and Hardworking
  • Able to handle stress and in meeting deadlines
  • Able to start Immediately or within short notice
  • Must be willing to work weekends
  • Preferably those who can commence work either IMMEDIATELY or within short notice
  • Preferably residing in the West 
 
Note:  Only Singaporeans and Singapore PR need apply
 
 
OTHER INFORMATION
  • Working Location: Old Choa Chu Kang Road (Off site)
  • Working Days/Hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 9.00am to 5.00pm
  • Salary Range: $1,500 ~ $1,800
