Zen Do Kai is a Mixed Martial Art that incorporates the most effective Self Defence and fighting techniques from Karate, Muay Thai, Aikido, Judo, Kung Fu & other Arts.
Zen Do Kai is NOT a typical, rigid Martial Art with endless, boring repetitions. ZDK lessons are fun, practical & taught in simple English, by an Australian Instructor. It's a great workout for both men & women that relieves stress, builds confidence, self esteem, strength & fitness and is a great way to manage weight.
LIMITED TRIAL OFFER. $20 for 1 week of classes.
Classes; Mondays & Wednesdays 7pm to 9pm
Fridays 2.30 to 3.30pm
Saturdays 1.45pm to 3.45pm
