Receptionists

The first impression customers will get of your company is from the receptionist. This is an important role and one of the most critical jobs for any successful business. Receptionists should always maintain a professional tone and be courteous as well. Additional day-to-day tasks can involve running errands, checking the mail and typing correspondence to current and potential customers, as well as record keeping for the office supplies. Secretaries

The position secretaries play in the company involves meeting the daily demands of the office and those of his or her employer. Some of the common responsibilities of an office secretary include research, record-keeping, typing documents, answering email and creating business reports. The secretary for any sized business is certainly the glue that keeps the office intact day in and day out, as well. Additionally, one benefit when you find administrative jobs of this type includes the fact that you may be able to begin employment without a great deal of previous training. A large part of learning what is required in this role is done while on-the-job. The size of the company you are employed by will affect the variety and amount of tasks that are required on a daily basis.
